(1) The district court shall have the authority to initiate and dispose of cases related to offenses punishable under sub-section (1) of section 20.

(2) From what is written in sub-section (1) Except that the Chief District Officer shall have the authority to initiate and dispose of cases related to offenses punishable under this Act.

(3) The decision made by the Chief District Officer in accordance with sub-section (2) shall be appealed to the District Court.
